You will be responsible for overall operational execution and provide operational support to the business units including but not limited to Corporate Loan, Global Markets, and Trade Finance Service and Commodity

The job holder should hold a degree of graduation in any discipline, post graduation in finance / MBA / Law would be an added advantage

Hires, directs, evaluates, counsels and terminates support staff

Adheres to the established policies and practices of the Company

Resolves complex questions or problems of an escalated nature that the support staff can not/should not resolve

Acts as liaison to home office for the Branch Manager

May be responsible for the orientation and paperwork of all branch employees

May order materials/supplies needed for the branch

Leading and developing branch teller staff to meet customer's service needs and to foster an environment in which all employees can perform their best work in a team environment

You will also take all operational tasks including all regulatory, statutory, local, regional and global responsibilities in relation to managing the Branch Operations & IT Team

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel & Word

Experience in Salesforce or similar cloud based CRM

Sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow

Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by advisors and FINRA
