Prepare a monthly Executive Management Report (EMR) business review presentation

Document and manage employee & operations activity taxonomy

Develop an operations volume capacity and forecasting model to ensure appropriate staffing levels in anticipation of expected volume patterns

Other business-specific efficiency/service/control programs in partnership with functional executives

Provide regular tracking and reporting of expenses and headcount in the Project Management applications

Support monthly tracking of expenses, including accruals and reclasses and any actual vs

Assist in production of all CTB related presentations

Act as a business representative with various control functional partners (AML Operations and PMO, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory PMO, etc) to execute deliverables that have a banker and client impact

Liaise with bankers/managers on the facilitation and execution of projects that are regulatory or control-focused

Deal/transaction controls

Responsible for coaching and directing less experienced team members

Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance the client experience within a controlled environment

Responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations and maintenance

Responsible for setting and meeting staffing levels for each event

Work directly with tour security directors to fulfill tour security requirements

Supervise part-time staff/supervisors and third party vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and successful events
