Sherwood Marksmen snapped a 47-game losing streak that started on 8/28/15 and extended through 5 seasons before defeating Jasper 42-0 last night 10/25/19.

Winning and losing is part of the game last time I checked. That win was huge for those kids last night. Streaks are interesting whether winning or losing. It falls onto teams that are far from the ones who started them to begin with, but puts added pressure to either maintain them or break them. I guess the list of the games is all in your perspective of how you want to view it. Congratulations to those boys for finally getting that monkey off their back. One that most didn't create but have had the burden to carry for a while.

I enjoyed it too. That's one of the biggest things I miss about this site. Being able to see schedules, records, and scores for teams.

Pretty good weekend for those folks. The softball team won its quarterfinal yesterday and is the state semifinals next Friday morning.
